Bluedot: Extension for Google Meet
Bluedot is a cutting-edge Chrome extension designed to enhance Google Meet sessions by automating documentation and fostering better collaboration. It records and transcribes meetings, generating AI-powered summaries that can be used for reports, notes, and tasks. This allows users to effortlessly capture key insights from meetings and share them with their teams, increasing productivity and knowledge sharing.
Additionally, Bluedot integrates with project management tools like Slack and Notion, making it easier to log tasks and context behind decisions. Its efficient search features allow for quick review of lengthy meetings, saving time and simplifying onboarding processes. By leveraging AI, Bluedot transforms the way businesses handle meetings, helping teams collaborate more effectively and achieve their goals faster.
MEETING MANAGEMENT
Workflow of the Project
The Orcos team meticulously designed Bluedot's user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) with great attention to detail. The process lasted around 3 months, during which thorough research and testing were conducted to develop an ideal color palette. In addition, advanced branding tools were employed throughout the entire project.
Multiple testing phases were implemented during the process. First, the designs created during the UI design phase went through internal team reviews, and initial prototypes were developed. Once these prototypes were approved by the team, they were presented to a group of 500 to 1,000 users for voting. Based on the feedback from the voting process, we gathered insights and revised any missing or incorrect elements. After completing the UI phase, we transitioned to the user experience (UX) phase. We meticulously analyzed and tested every page, from the most engaging sections to the least active ones. Based on the feedback we received, we made the necessary adjustments to improve the experience.
