Services
Orcos provides professional creative and digital services across Brand, Design, Development, and Marketing. All service work is custom and tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and project scope.
Because services require time, planning, and execution, service cancellations and refunds depend on the project stage and completed work. Once work has started, refunds are not available for time already spent, milestones completed, or deliverables already produced.
If you cancel a service after work has started:

Brand: Any completed research, strategy work, and consultation time will be charged.

Design: Any completed design work and produced deliverables up to the cancellation date will be charged.

Development: Any completed implementation work, setup, and development hours will be charged.

Marketing: Any completed campaign setup, execution work, optimization time, and reporting will be charged.
If a project is paused or cancelled, Orcos may provide partial deliverables depending on what has been completed. Any unused work may be rescheduled based on availability.
To request a cancellation, you must contact Orcos in writing. Cancellation becomes effective only after confirmation from Orcos.
